Alleetiketten.de is a full-service manufacturer: laminating and printing on paper, to forming finished items. A variety of printing equipment allows to apply images of any complexity.
We produce high quality product, because we work on high-tech equipment made in Korea and exclusively European raw materials. No glue is used in production – the bottom and side seam welding occurs due to the melting of the inner laminated layer. Thanks to the heating elements – the paper is preheated, the laminated layer is melted, and the gluing takes place due to the hot air heating. Our molding equipment produces up to 200 units per minute.
For the production of disposable tableware we use only raw cellulose certified for contact with food from reliable European suppliers.
All of our materials comply with EC and U.S.A. regulations for food contact products.

Today everyone knows that the best paper is Finnish, and its use in production has become a guarantee of the highest quality. One of the recognized leaders in the paper market is StoraEnso Corporation, founded in 1998The headquarters are located in the Finnish capital Helsinki. The corporation specializes in the production of various grades of paper, pulp (cellulose), cardboard, and wood products. Paper is produced only from renewable forests. For the production of paper cups, we use cardboard 185-235 g/m2 produced by StoraEnso.
To create a barrier layer, the cardboard is laminated. Lamination inside the cup prevents it from getting wet and protects it from leaks. Cups with single-sided lamination are mainly used for coffee, tea and other hot drinks.Cups laminated on both sides are used to consume soft drinks. The lamination of the outer wall of the cup prevents it from getting wet from the outside when condensation forms.Modern technologies of our production allow us to make cups with single-sided or double-sided lamination.

Printing inks have a low migration rate, do not penetrate food or beverages and are odorless.

Here are some important details to consider if you want to provide us with your paper cup design.
Template requirements when submitting a design by the customer:
- File formats for printing: .EPS, .AI, .PDF.
- Color model: CMYK (if the image has Pantone colors, they will be converted to CMYK)
- The text should be provided as a vector graphic.
- All bitmap images in the design should be 300DPI.
